Financials through May continue to track near budget projections. We are keeping an eye on food costs, fuel and utilities as the areas are being impacted by rising oil prices. Most of our supplies and food items now arrive with a fuel surcharge attached. |

*We are nearing completion of the renovation of the 19th Green and foyer. It appears the total cost will be around $18,000. After much discussion and an informal survey of various members, we have come to the conclusion that most felt the best way to pay for the update was a small, one-time charge to all members. This avoids additional debt and/or a dues increase (which we all know, never seems to go away and is paid ad infinitum). Therefore, on your July bill, you will notice a $50 bar renovation charge. This will completely fund the remodeling and put the issue behind us. |
